外観、内装はとても綺麗で良かった。

掃除が雑すぎる。ホコリはすごいし、食器類にも汚れがついていた。清掃料金取ってるわりに、ほんとに掃除してるのか疑問だった

"こんな汚くて､清掃料別に取るのはおかしい。"

駅に近い。 洗濯ができ､お風呂場で直ぐに乾燥できたこと。

汚れが至るところにあり、床は最初からザラザラしていた。常日頃の清掃が杜撰であると感じた。お風呂の蛇口には黒い水垢が残ったままだったり､髪の毛が何箇所にも落ちていた。調理道具も特にザルには黒カビが付着したままで､とても不衛生な印象を受けた。二階の部屋の方の足音がうるさかった。
