So spacious, modern and well maintained. Facilities were great

Would have loved an elevator up to the 3rd floor, but not a very big deal for us as we’re young. More good to know for those with accessibility issues

Design of the room was very modern and efficient. The location isn’t too bad, close to Chuo Station. Very new looking. Kitchen is large and well stocked with cutlery and plates.

I found a few hairs on the floor.

very clean, wide range of home equipment provided, built-in dehumidifier in the bathroom was the one thing I found most favourable, making sure you have dry and clean clothes for the next coming days especially on summer time.

the shower room was not cleaned from the last occupants, prominent limescale coating the mirrors and taps.

Nice location, clean and very comfort place.

No elevator

The rooms were big and spacious and a good price for it too! Lots of amenities including kitchenette, washer, cutlery and other kitchen supplies. Everything in our room worked and was very clean! Very happy with these portions of the hotel.

Only a stairwell, no lift. So not suitable for anyone with a physical disability. Walls are quite thin. It sounded like the person above us was practicing dance with how much stomping we heard. Marked down on staff because there was none. No front desk, there was an emergency number you could call if you needed but we couldn’t give feedback about the noisy people above us.
