Very nice welcome, all instructions included in the welcome catalog. Fully equipped and comfortable apartment and above all very clean. A big advantage is the ban on using tobacco products, which we value. Very convenient location, close to the center. Nearby is a large shopping center, train and bus station. A nice touch is the welcome surprise from the hosts. We were here with children and the children were also very happy. We plan to repeat the stay in the future.

Problem with starting induction hob despite instructions. Slow water flowing in bathroom with shower

Everything we could have wanted was available. Parking was good but a little short of wiggle room

Bedrooms were a little bit small for 2 people, we had to wriggle round the door!

We liked the location, it was clean and comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was very useful, also a smart TV. Having a parking place was a bonus too.

We didn't use the kitchen very much but found the microwave a bit tricky to use! Can't remember if there were instructions or not.

Really nice place. Great decor. Had everything we needed. Easy instructions. Good communication from hosts. Will book again next time we are in Harrogate. Great touch having milk and cookies left for us, thank you!

Despite manual for induction hob I couldn’t get it to work. En suite shower tray didn’t drain quickly. But it was a good shower otherwise.

Location is very good though taxis are plentiful if needed, as in our case. A small but very comfortable and nicely presented apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
