Very clean and well decorated. It was great that basics were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable for two. Hosts were very quick to respond.

Great location and only a 10/15 minute walk to town. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need. We ate out but there is a fully fitted and well provided kitchen to cook in.

At some point, you need to replace the mattresses. The springs were noticeable when lying on the beds and creaked a lot if you moved. This might be for Booking.com but I have already done this review just after our stay. You must have a system fault.

The apartment was a great size, very clean, all amenities that were needed were provided. Lots of cute personal touches. Easy walk into Harrogate centre.

Nothing we didn't like, only thing we were glad we had all travelled together in one car as there is a space provided but parking elsewhere could be limited depending on time of day.

The induction job was difficult to use and there should have been better instructions on how to use it. The WiFi codes were crossed out in the guest manual so we did not try to use it. Towards the end of our stay, we found what looked like WiFi codes in a small framed picture but we did not try them. Two of the doors squeaked and probably needed oiling. The apartment overall was quite small with little room around the beds. These negatives reduced what could have been perfect rating.

It was immaculate and a credit to the cleaner . The hall carpet wasn’t the best in some lights but otherwise the flat was cleaned to the highest standard .it was walking distance to town centre and parking an absolute bonus . Recommend .

The bed in the en suite room is two beds pushed together . English hotel beds are predominantly much harder than NZ beds and this one was no different . I ached all over the next day . But it is a cultural difference and may not apply to other guests .

Location great with parking in town. Close to shops station and routes in and out of Harrogate. Style of apt was lovely and beds comfy.

No washing machine, for a long stay wud have helped.

We had to call in to find out where the keys were. The email with the information arrived the following day. There was no number on the street side of the building so we found it hard to find the place.

It was a great location less than 10 minutes walk into town. The apartment was tastefully decorated with nice personal touches. The beds were really comfortable. It was great to have tea, coffee, milk and biscuits there when we arrived. The mirrors were in the right places and there was ample room for the three of us to eat at the table in the lounge. I was in the room with the en suite bathroom and everything was very clean. When we needed to contact them urgently, the hosts were very quick to respond and deal with the unexpected.

My sister-in-law was disappointed to find toothpaste on the shower screen in the separate bathroom when we arrived. Also, the inside of the microwave wasn't very clean. Other than that, we were all happy with our stay in the apartment.

The apartment is absolutely lovely. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is central to everything. The apartment has everything you could need and want. I would throughly recommend this to anyone.
