Comfy bed, smart tv, the view, peaceful location

The pool had so many bugs in it, we weren’t given anything to clean the pool with and nobody came to clean it. Half way through the holiday we stopped sitting in it because it was filled with dead bugs

The place was very cute and cosy. Very close to LIA beach and restaurant.

It was a great stay although the transportation is very expensive when you want to move around.

"Amazing view, wonderful staycation and the best host"

Everything was amazing Rooms were super clean and very well equipped. As a family with two childrens we didn't feel very welcomed starting from the airport and passengers than we didn't find a car to rent at the airport and had a very bad experience with a driver, however thanks to Petros he made our stay ways better allowing us to keep our luggage at his property and directed us to the beach bar which was 5 mnts walking distance, also he arranged for us a car to rent delivered till the door of the residence . We absolutely recommend the residence and we will be back .
