perfect location. Nice owner, and easy to communicate

Beautifully decorated, new kitchen, water views, nice balcony, ducted air, coffee machine, comfortable firm bed and clean linen. Walking path, walk to cafes, club, beach across road and wharf for cruises.

Over 24 steep stairs at entry, cafe rubbish trip hazard near entry, pub noise at night and hard lounge. Wifi not strong enough. A bit noisy on weekends from the cafe below and the pub opposite. Tip: Arrive early with energy to work out security. We got locked out after dark by an additional gate.

Great location with water views and the unit was fantastic very modern and clean.

The location is awesome. Walk to everything. Having a door code to enter the apartment is excellent - No need to worry about keys for each guest. Having a dedicated garage spot is also very convenient (don't have to search for a parking spot) and great for packing/unpacking in bad weather or heat. The balcony is also very convenient. The beds are super comfortable. The decor is appropriately beach themed. The place is spotlessly clean, freshly vacuumed and mopped. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/small ironing board. Plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom. Great touches with little extras included such as hair dryer, straightener, cleaning products, hand soap, toiletries, games, wireless speaker, oil, salt pepper and beach chairs and umbrellas. 6 bath towels are provided.

The garage door remote, which is fixed in the lock box, is far from the garage door, and requires 2 people, or stopping and getting in/out of the car, to open the garage door. It would be good if rear garage door could be locked / unlocked with a key from the outside (rather than by hand, with access through garage door). The four doors from garage to apartment, and the stairs, are difficult to access for mobility impaired guests, and also require some effort to access with luggage etc. There is a little noise from the cafe below in the mornings, and pub noise on weekend nights which ends before midnight, but this is a small price to pay for the convenience of being central to shops / cafes / restaurants. It would be great if there were clothes airers available for hanging beach towels (although there is a clothes dryer and a washing machine). Suitcase racks would also be convenient in the bedrooms as well as a spare hand towel/ foot mat in the bathroom, depending on length of stay.

The location was perfect for my family. Very clean and everything we needed was provided.
