Propery owners didnt response to any of my needs Heating didn't heat the appartment it was cold No spare blankets Washing machine didn't work, can't use No water in bathroom sink pressure low

The apartment itself is great and is close to public transit to get into old town. (3 stops) I enjoyed having a washing machine and coffee and the apartment itself was very clean.

Let’s start with check in. We pre checked in so we had our room name and our door code. We arrived and a woman stood in a housecoat in the alleyway asking for our code. I was very reluctant in giving her our door code for obvious reasons, but hindsight I think she was asking for our booking code. Which is still so weird because we had already checked in. I think because we weren’t expecting an in person host, who was in a robe and who didn’t identify herself as management it was all a little strange. Our room was clean and perfect for our family but it had some shortfalls. There was no nightstands/side tables, ended up using a chair. There was no salt and pepper. I’ve honestly never stayed at an apartment style hotel that hasn’t had salt and pepper. There was no dish soap to do the dishes with, even after requesting some, it never came - ending up washing dishes with the handsoap from the bathroom - so wild. There’s no exhaust fan - you need to open up all the windows to get any food smells out when cooking. The wifi was not great, especially in the evening. Finally, the door is a solid pane of glass with a curtain on a curtain rod for privacy. This may be my personal preference, but honestly frosting it would give more privacy/security. Now, these things aren’t deal breakers but some easy improvements for a more comfortable stay.

La televisione grande il letto comodo ma la pulizia no. C'erano 4 casi con piante finte tutte piene di polvere tra latro due stavano sopra il letto per cui non era molto igienico. Nel bagno la lavatrice non funzionava quindi ho parlato con la proprietaria per capire il problema. Mi ha portato nella loro lavanderia e mi ha detto di mettere i panni che li lavava lei, così ha fatto ma peccato cbs non ha messo un detersivo per lavarli In cucina c'era la presa di corrente vicino al rubinetto per cui pericolosa. Non c'era una cappa di aspirazione per cui se cucinavi tutto l'odore era in camera praticamente.

La ubicación es buena para el transporte público. La habitación es bastante amplia al igual que el baño y el apartamento está bien equipado.

No tuvimos internet durante 2 de los 3 días que estuvimos. Al comentarlo con el personal la respuesta fue muy lenta y desinteresada.

The room was spacious and had enough towels, blankets, and items in the kitchen for cooking!

It was a little far from the center of town but right by the mountains for hiking!

Frigo non utilizzabile causa cattivi odori. Centro lontano x arrivarci a piedi

El alojamiento es súper bonito, amplio y limpio. Lo tienen muy cuidado y se puede ir fácilmente en autobús porque hay una parada justo en frente.

Pasamos mucho frío porque la calefacción la apagaban por la noche y los edredones eran finos. Pedimos mantas, pero nos dijeron que no podían darnos.
