Walking distant to bus stop and near city area. Easy check in process.

Dryer will be useful as there is washing machine.

The house is well organized. 20 mins from Innsbruck Main Station. Beautiful garden. Easy check-in process.

There are not many big utensils to cook for a family. Also, there are only two burners, which is quite difficult to fit the vessels at the same time. Also, there's no exhaust so the smell of the food stays in the room. There could have been some more extra plates for the family persons. All the types were of exactly 4 no's. The bathroom sink was blocked and we couldn't ask anyone or fix it too unfortunately.

Friendly and accommodating staff and great location within close vicinity to mountain hiking trails and city.

Good location and quiet ambience..

Very uncooperative and rude staff, many things written in the booking confirmation not provided like basic things as hot water, no special request adhered to, response time quite poor - needed to call everytime. Overall a bad experience

The room had no soundproofing at all, and I could hear conversations, shower sounds, and toilet flushes from the adjacent room, which completely eliminated any sense of privacy. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were very worn out, and there was only a single bread knife available. I intended to have a quiet rest, but it was impossible due to the noise from the next room. During my four-day stay, the towels were not replaced, and the bedding lacked any comfort.

The apartment is close to a good bus connection to the city center. The bed was very wide. The kitchen had what we needed. The garden was very nice.

The bathroom door was challenging to open fully. You could hear the neighbours quite easily.
