Perfect location, very big house, great parking space, very nice place outside where you can sit and eat.

The only minus was that there was no washing machine.

The house is clean, tidy, comfortable, very nice hosts.

Great location in Gotzens. Near ski fields and Innusbruk. Host was helpful in providing information .

Facilities and furnishings in the house were rather dated. Kitchen in particular needs some improvement, especially the stove that did not work well.. Also a very spongy mattress that did not make for a comfortable sleep.

The lovely ground-floor apartment, with big outside patio and mountain views, is well appointed and unusually spacious, which is a huge plus point in my book. It is quite literally a home-from-home. Precisely what we needed on our extended overland holiday through central Europe. It is also quite perfect for skiing, close to several winter olympic ski resorts, with the whole panacea of pistes. All easily reachable via a frequent and free bus service. As is the city of Innsbruck itself. In truth, one can hardly wish for more - though a washing machine would be an added bonus. The host is a lovely chap, ex mayor of the mountain village of Götzens - for some 34 years. (Note that he is not bilingual, though his daughter is.)

Absolutely nothing to complain about at all.

Great location, landlord is very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is bit old but it’s well equipped and very sufficient. Rooms are very big and comfy.

Mattress is not good, you can feel the wires are poking around. We didn’t have a good sleep. Wifi is very very slow.

The apartment is big enough. The owner is welcoming.

Old furnitures & facilities. Spider webs here and there.

Very clean and organized. Highly recommend.
