L'emplacement fabuleux à tous points de vue, l'immeuble classé (sublime), ainsi que l'appartement vaste, authentique et parfaitement équipé.

La contrepartie de l'emplacement est le bruit si on laisse les fenêtre ouvertes car la place est animée (ce qui est sympathique au demeurant). Mais les bons double vitrages permettent de dormir tranquillement.

El allotjament està ben situat al centre d’Innsbruck. L’edifici és antic però la casa està reformada i es molt acollidora. Té el bany i la dutxa separats i tenen ambdues estractor. La cuina té tots els utensilis que pots necessitar. El llit i el sofa-llit són comodes. La casa està ben aïllada i no fa fred.

A la cuina li falta un microones i a l’habitació del sofà-llit estaria millor si tinguera porta.
