Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Generell ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Nachbarn über der Wohnung waren sehr laut.

Perfekte 'Homebase' zum Erkunden von Innsbruck und Umgebung. Wunderbar, herrlich gelegene Wohnung, die allen Standard den man sich nur wünschen kann erfüllt. Sauber, modern und absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Unser Vermieter Harald hat an alles gedacht und ist auch immer erreichbar. Zur Straßenbahn sind es 5-7 Minuten Fußmarsch und die fahren in kurzen Intervallen. Hier ist während des Aufenthaltes die 'Welcome Card' inklusive. Wir empfehlen aus unserer Erfahrung heraus, die 'Innsbruck Card' für 3 Tage zu kaufen. Kostet 89€ und hat sich eigentlich schon am ersten Tag amortisiert. Genaue Infos gibt es natürlich im Internet. Wir haben die knappe Woche sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft, der Lage und natürlich mit unserem Vermieter. Vielen Dank Harald Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A very comfortable stay- very well equipped with everything you'd need, spotlessly clean and a nice modern interior. The parking spot is a bonus and it is very easy to get public transport into the centre of Innsbruck via the trams or bus services a short walk from the apartment. Although it is a little farther out of the centre this is a positive as it is a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood to stay in.

The flat was spotless, had everything you need for a stay, and in a stunning location. Having a parking space allotted was a real bonus as parking in Innsbruck is tricky and you have to pay almost everywhere no matter how far out of the city you are. Also, you are only a 5 minute walk from the bus/tram stop which takes you direct in 10 minutes into the city centre.
