Dear Mr. Alan, after four marvelous days in your apartment I just like to say THANKS. Wonderful place, excellent location, so quiet a near to every necessary service ( we get in love wit the Chinese restaurant) We enjoy a lot how well equipped and decorated it is. The beds are ideal, confortable and well dressed. The kitchen does not miss anything, the appliances work in perfect order and everything is in a good place perfectly organised, I love it! The shower is a bit challenging but reading you excellent explanation every thing goes well. The storage space in the main room is ENORMOUS and very convenient, hangers help a lot to be organised. My friends an I feel Wright at home!!! We really like to comeback to Inverness and we will like to rent your excellent property again. Best regards and thanks: Guillermo Billingslea and friends.

The location is insanely good. It is within 5 minutes walking distance of the river within 10-15 minutes of all major attractions in Inverness. Avoid if a storm is predicted and you're stuck inside.

The host neither informed us nor left any manual explaining how the heaters worked in the property. As a result, we were unable to modify the settings to heat the property on the second night - during which Storm Amy had landed in Inverness and other parts of Scotland. This led to an extremely uncomfortable night in which none of us got sleep. Instead of helping us figure out the problem or accept the feedback, the host resorted to rudely passing comments on what's considered cold. In addition to this, the shower only operated in extremes. Walls are like cardboard - you can hear someone cough in the living room from the bedroom despite a closed room. Moreover, the lock is extremely frustrating as it takes quite long to light up the number pad. Overall, a poor experience made worse by the storm and the hosts' rude behavior.
