The place is absolutely wonderful, cozy and relaxing. There are a couple of very good dining options nearby and easy access to Innsbruck. Absolutely worth it and we'definitely be back.

The location and the view in the middle of the mountain was stuning! Perfect for chilling and relax!

Great location. We went there for skiing and traveling around Innsbruck. It's just a couple minutes by car to nearest ski resort and just couple minutes to Innsbruck. Property is amazing, furniture looks brand new and high quality. Hosts are awesome as well as the place where the property is situated. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Wifi was a bit slow, but it works. Microwave would be handy but there are a lot of other appliances that can substitute. Also, if you take a bad route by car, you gotta pay small toll to enter the route to Patsch, just 3 eur, but something to be aware of.

Everything was clean and new! The host was really nice and helpful. If I am coming back I would totally stay again here.

having a microwave would be nice, since it is cheap and convenient especially there are no quick food options nearby.

This was a self catering location, there is a small bio shop on the premise with most things could need for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. There is an old fashioned hotel/restaurant up the road with tradition food, good for a quiet dinner.. Beds are nice and bathroom is new and the shower is excellent. Good internet and tv with all the extras you would need. Try the fresh bread, or some of the other things on offer. This location is also a small working farm so you may see and hear some animals

after you leave the toll station and drive around the bend it will then be a sharp left that may not seem like a road but is, watch out for oncoming traffic(weird road). once you've done it once it'll be easy.
