The location, the cleanliness, the facilities, the hosts, it has EVERYTHING you need. Casa Calda was the perfect stay for us. Starting from the communication with host-Romeo, who helped us with everything we needed (how to find the property, and answered all our questations during our stay, gave us advice regarding the beaches, ferries etc). His family was wonderful, there for us but also not intruding. The apartment itself is probably the cleanest i have ever been in Greece. It is spacious, there is a separate bedroom, with the big closet space, where you can fit all your clothes. The kitchen/leaving room area is big, and equiped with everything you might need. There is also a washing machine. Little things like soap, shampoo, cooking utensills, olive oil, all the spices, there was everything. On the day we arrived they welcomed us with the big plate of fruits, water, juice, which was really nice. To sum up, one of the best experiences in Greece so far. We will definitely be back.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

This was a most positive experience! The cosy apartment is situated in the beautiful little village Xilokeratidi in the Katapola area. Our holiday home had a spacious living room with sitting and dining areas plus a fully equipped kitchen. There was everything one could wish - and even more. Additionally there was a bed room and a small bathroom. The apartment was richly decorated with small colourful items and figurines so that one could think of staying in granny's home, and not at a hotel or guest house. Everything was perfectly organised and 100 percent clean and tidy. There was no balcony or terrace but chairs and table in front of the house in the pretty small lane. We enjoyed our breakfasts there in the morning sunshine watching people and village cats. We first met the host's mother Victoria who took us to the apartment, and later the host Romeo himself. Both were warm and helpful persons. Casa calda will for sure be our first choice when visiting Katapola/Xilokeratidi again.

Property is extremely well equipped and furnished. Hosts were friendly and went an extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They even treated us with cake and wine for a birthday!

Location was tucked away, very tranquil.

The rooms are big and you have a lot of space. It is well equipped for everything you may need. The place is beautiful and very quiet.
