Travel Palace Miyuki

It was close to the train station for easy access and very secure. The room was clean and tidy. The host was very helpful with directions to the accommodation and responded quickly to any queries that I had.

I have nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay here.

The location/ neighborhood is kind of intimidating if arriving at night.

i liked the completeness of amenities in the shared spaces. it's a very clean and fragrant place. the toilet for men and women is separate. the kitchen has its own door, and the bathroom also has its own door featuring 2 shower rooms and a laundry area. everything's provided, the laundry soap, tissue, coffee, water heater for coffee/tea, bath soap, shampoo and even conditioner! i liked its proximity to restaurants, Donki, drugstores and the train.

I think it's normal for Japanese houses to have thin wooden walls. The house is basically built with wood so you will hear everything especially if someone goes upstairs, laughs aloud or talks on the phone. It depends on the tenant/renter of the place to keep quiet as respect for other tenants. It's a quiet place to begin with but you will also often hear the train (it's just beside/behind the house). It didn't bother me much except for the tenant who talked on the phone too loud in the morning and evening. Another tip for those who wish to stay here is to not bring a luggage because there's no lift. I carried my luggage all the way to the 3rd floor (haha). So I suggest take a backpack or a small luggage that can be carried up to the 3rd floor.

The place is hard to find, far from the city centre and very very noisy, in fact it is very close from a train station and you can hear trains very loudly every 5 minutes. The fotos do not correspond at the place. It was not clean, for exemple there was a cup of tea still dirty from others travelers in the room. I even Wonder if the sheets were clean. I deeply not recommend

The owner’s very friendly hospitality . Large variety of care products , laundry device provided, excellent cleanliness.

It would be a lot more advantageous and helpful if the presentation of this lodging facility would stay closer to reality. It is a shared apartment with 5 rooms , housing up to 10 people who share 2 restrooms (m/f) and one bathroom with 2 showers (1 only to be used at a time since there is 1 door only). The apartment is close to a highly frequented railwayline and its nearby station - not necessary to describe the permanent noise. It is to be found in a red-light district with a somehow filthy environment, which doesn‘t provide the usual , typical Japanese perception of safety and cleanliness. The room itself was significantly smaller than it appeared on the pics advertised at Booking.com But most of all there was no bed but a thin mattress on the ground only !
