Muito próximo a orla da praia do morro. limpeza impecável, o anfitrião foi muito solicito. Muito próximo de restaurantes, hipermercados e farmácias. A localização é de fácil acesso e tem acessibilidade para pessoas especiais.

O roupeiro da suíte estava com defeito nas portas e sem condições de uso. A sugestão: Regularizar esta situação do roupeiro da suíte.

"Apartamento Ótimo"

Eu e minha família gostamos do apartamento, EXATAMENTE do jeito das fotos do anúncio.Tudo limpo e organizado.Tem todos os itens necessários, inclusive vários que não costumamos encontrar nos apartamentos que alugamos,até ficamos surpresos. A tv funcionando perfeitamente, internet ótima. Anfitrião responde as mensagens, muito atencioso. Tem de tudo por perto: padaria, restaurante, pizzaria, farmácia, etc. Super indico esse apartamento,e quando voltarmos a Guarapari,se tiver oportunidade ficaremos nele novamente.

Não tem nada para reclamar,só elogios mesmo.
