Outdoor area was nice, it was very clean. Also great location.

Only downside was the parking situation. After driving almost 7 hours, I didn't expect to have issues with parking the host recommended. As someone who doesn't speak Hungarian it was a shock to me that after arrival, parking employee approached me and using google translate "explained" to me that parking is 4h max. I've tried other parking garage, but it was closed. I wrote to the host about issue, but there was no willingness to help out. Bottom line, if you know the place and speak hungarian, no worries for you and no reason to look other apartment. If situation is like mine, look elsewhere.

The very spacious apartment is practically in the middle of the town and only couple of minutes away from main square. Excellent possibilities for walking tours. Only a few steps away from open market, where you can also park. You may find a good pastry and bread shop on this market, usually opens at 6 AM - must try out richly filled poppy croissant. A must-see are also old castles in the vicinity of Keszthely. Also go and discover local wineries.

Keszthely is somewhat laid back town in the winter, with most of the enterprises closing pretty fast (around 17 - 18 PM).

It was excellent, spacius apartment. In general it's not new but everything is in perfect condition. It was super clean and comfortable, fast wifi, even during heat wave we didn't have to use air con, restaurants close to the property.

Everything. Landlord is supersweet lady, location is perfect few steps from lake and the city center. House amenitieas are just great, our apartment had private sauna and there is a jacuzzi and barbrcue spot on the garden free to use. Overall, top experience.

The location was perfect. The main reason we got here, is our extended family booked their accommodation nearby. Both the beach and the castle is really close. The host was really friendly. As we arrived with our kids, and our family visited us with their kids, she gave them homemade cookies. She was very nice to our godchildren as well (they did not sleep here but visited us during the day, and stayed with us on the most rainy day whole time.)

It is a bit expensive, but we choose it anyway. We did not like the bathtub. It is really small.

The location was great, the apartment was right next to the city center (~3 minute walk). The owner was a friendly and kind lady. We asked if we could leave our luggage there for the day after checking out becuase we only had a train later in the day and she had no problem with that. 10/10 would stay here again
