Quand nous sommes arrivés , on a tenté de nous réclamer de l’argent pour nos chats alors qu’il était bien stipulé que c’était gratuit pour les animaux. Après de longues tentatives de négociations, on a pu quand même obtenir la chambre avec comme remarque au préalable « faites en sorte que ça reste propre »!!!! Quelle à été notre stupeur en découvrant la chambre sans fenêtre, éclairage médiocre, matelas dur comme du bois (c’était réellement 1 planche) aucune aération et la Clim ne fonctionnait pas. On s’est sentis très mal à l’aise qu’on a préféré quitter les lieux et dormir ailleurs.

The location was very rough and the car park was not safe to leave overnight

Excellent service, delicious food, friendly hotel owners. One can stay with pets, which is important for us. The area is calm and quiet. There are some convenient stores within walking distance

The hotel is located a bit far from the downtown which is not a big problem as you can get to the downtown by taxi for around 80 baht.
