Apartmán Kežmarok

The Apartman is a retro-feeling flat with all the equipment available for modern life. Located in the middle of the historic city. Considering price vs. value it is the optimum solution.

As booking.com advised, we expected the owner to wait for us and help to get in. Unfortunately, he was not there, so we got some help from local citizens TO FIND the house (no nr. on the wall), find the key box and open it after the code was turned. At the time of our stay, the TV broadcast was NOT available. Probably the owner forgot to pay for it, as the text appearing in Slovak language on the screen explained. Our overall feeling was that ANYBODY booking this flat should have some Slavic knowledge, the Slovak at best. The owner is replying to our SMS sent in English only with some delay, always. Only the friendly welcome text (mirror on the wall) is in English, in the whole flat.

Nice clean spacious. I was ill for a week but it was a comfortable place to be ill in. The personal touches to the flat are exceptional. We love the sink in the bathroom Had most if not all facilities and utensils we needed

The weather was hot The host kindly got a good fan . 2 fans would have been better as we were using 2 rooms

Perfect location and the apartment is stylish with some unique and beautiful furniture and little details. The view from our balcony was magnificent.

Very clean and fully equipped. We came with kids and all we needed was on place.

Churchbells at 6AM on Sunday, but I don't count that as negative as it is not something owner can improve. Mind that Google maps are lost on this town and show you ways where forbidden.

The apartman is very nice, big, well equipped, very clear, sunny light. There is a view at the cathedral park and behind the church you can see a little bit of the mountain. The lovely city center is in the very next.

On the second day the bioler broke down, the temperature of the apartman was warm but after a while there wasn't any hot water. Despite I recommend the apartman because it was a mechanic problem that can happen everywhere.
