"It was good value for money but a bit cold"

7.0

Location was great and so were the facilities

The aircon/ heater was not very effective , the fold out couch was not overly comfortable, some extra blankets would have been nice and the shower head sucked haha but all in all it wasn't bad.

"otherwise it was a great place to stay. just make sure the bathroom is safer as with wet ski gear and shower water it’s"

7.0

nice open living space good to use heated pool

Thebathroom was the downfall. There is no proper run down area for the shower water. It ends up all over the bathroom floor. major slip hazard waiting to happen. also no where to put personal hygiene accessories such as electric tooth brushes and creams etc. The reason the hair dryer was dropped because I was trying to avoid standing in water on the bathroom floor when using an electrical appliance. when it started making spark sounds it was dropped accidentally to the floor to avoid an electrical shock. my eldest son also mentioned to me that it had started smoking when he used it which I was unaware of when I notified the real estate about. the broken hair dryer. perhaps some industrial anti slip mats in Barthroom. a shelf of shaving cabinet to safely store electric toothbrush etc. I used the showers in pool as I was very concerned about the risk of slipping on tiles. the washing machine/dryer was confusing to use. it would’ve better to have some clearer instructions for use.as we wanted to use dryer only. the instructions online were only basic and weren’t helpful.
