The location is excellent. The lodge seemed to have been a caravan so it was small. The lodge suits a stay when you only use it for shower and sleeping. The patio is spacious for dining, cardgames. The jacuzzi was pre-heated. The kitchen had many appliances (micro, coffee machine, stove, fridge, loads of tools), the bathroom is big enough and the beds are comfy. The garden is beautiful. It rained a lot when we were there, yet the roads were useable to get to the village. The manager is responsive.

Our lodge had no separate wifi. The description in the app could be more detailed to manage expectations (like what comes with and what doesnt). The soap dispenser was almost empty and there was no paper towel. The trashcan is normal size, may not be enough for a longer stay and no clue as what to do with it. Parking seems to be limited. While the lodges are separated, you can jear the others well and sometimes see them too so this should be considered in the privacy expectations. We paid in euros with Revolut and strangely then our stay was retrospectively cancelled as the app tried to charge the stay again. This was strange. It was a pleasant stay, but we found it to be a bit overpriced.

We didn't stay there as the owner refused to accept payment by card as she was supposed to do it according to our reservation on booking.com. After negotiation over the phone, she accepted to take cash but finally called us again on the same day of our stay, saying that "there is a problem with water"... She offered us to stay at the private house of her friend at the same price and sent over some photos. Those were OK so we accepted the offer. It was a challenge to find the place as we didn't get a proper address, and the condition of the house was not as in the photos. 250 euros for 2 rooms in this place was not worth it.. If you book there, be careful that the owner doesn't change her conditions at the last minute...

Liked the views, the tiny house feeling and the deck . Loved no tv and wifi .
