Eliza Lee 2 50 Gippsland Street

Super easy to pick up and drop off the keys from The Base during winter. Great location close to Nuggets Crossing with the added bonus of the double garage. Bus stop located just at the bottom of the driveway for anyone wanting to catch a bus to Bullocks Flat, Perisher or Thredbo which I thought was really good. Nicely renovated apartment, felt clean, safe and comfortable for a small family of 4. Kitchen amenities were great to have & easy to cook our own meals each morning/night. Very nice laundry in the garage with good appliances for washing clothing. The heating was fantastic. Was a bit nervous our gear wouldn't dry out without a heated drying room/closet but was sufficient heating to dry everything for the next day.

Would be nice to have wifi but managed without (sufficient phone coverage). The bunk bed looks really good but was a bit hard for our 8 year old to climb up and down without anything easy to hold on to attached to the ladder (smooth solid sides attached to bed). The top bunk wasn't made when we arrived which was a bit difficult to climb up and do (maybe why it wasn't done?) and the prior person's lip balm left up there. Some empty drink bottles were left from the previous people too but would have been missed as down next to the lounge. The TV in the main bedroom is HUGE. It actually hurt our eyes looking at it in such a small space. May be worth swapping with the TV in the living area that is slightly smaller. None of these things made us have a bad time, just slightly inconvenient. We really loved our stay and would come back for sure.

Everything was nice and clean, by the looks of it, recently renovated!

There was no hair dryer, and the dishwasher wasn't working.
