Everything in the apartment is about to fall apart, bathroom have water everywhere, toilet reservour was broken, doorhandles broken and the doors were loud, wi-fi router not even connected to electicity, not to talk that there is no LAN cable at all(no internet in the apartment) washing machine is locked with code and you cannot use it, and there is no double bed in the apartment, there is just big sofa-bed. There was no any instructions on how to get inside, i needed to call in order for something to happen, the owner came to open and didnt give me key until i pay him on hand 5 euro tax.....even though i payed for the flat already. I would not repeat and i dont recommend it.

This place was a complete trap. The landlord never responded to my emails about how to collect the keys after multiple emails. I arrived with no access and no instructions – completely stranded in Leoben. It felt unsafe and extremely stressful. Only after Booking.com intervened did the landlord finally reply, which was far too late. The lack of communication is unacceptable and puts guests in danger. Do NOT book this place if you value your time, money, or safety.

everything. avoid this host, he told us that this appartament is not available anymore and he offered us another one with very bad reviews (6.9) but he avoid to say that, we saw it when we arrived at the property. no go

The toilet is hardly stop. There is a very limited equipment in the kitchen.

the apartment is really clean, has full amenities and the best thing is price, far better than staying than overpriced guesthouses
