Nice apartment

Heating should have been put on prior to our arrival the apartment was like an Igloo. The owner's were helpful I'm sure they will rectify this moving forward.

Staff were really great, responsive, and accommodating Place was a lovely size, modern and well maintained

Very compact with everything that was needed

It was nice and compact and had everything that we required for an overnight stay

I liked the location and the apartment was nice

I was happy with it for what I paid.

The location was spot on for a night in Harrogate, only a couple of minutes walk into town. The appartment was kind of ok but I can't really say much more, it had the promise of been really nice but just didn't hit the spot.

We entered the appartment that was rather cold to face a hand written sign that said "maintenance in process" over the heating control, so in an nutshell no central heating in the appartment. One small oil filled radiator was supplied which to be fair eventually took the "chill off" but it really mared the first couple of hours stay. I was on the verge of messaging the owner to say at the time it is not exceptable not to mention the heating is broken before booking or just get it fixed? The apartment itself was comfortable enough but very small, and in need of some maintenance like bad flooring in the bathroom. Guess it just needs a bit if tlc a slight update and good to go.
