pillows, the apartment is at the 3rd floor with no elevator, very difficult with the luggage the heaters worked at 1/2 capacity

J'ai adoré la propreté de cet appartement! Je suis ravie de ce choix car mon fils et moi sommes allergiques à la poussière et souvent ce n'est pas vraiment propre mais là, c'était parfait. Des vacances en Allemagne pour retrouver de la famille donc besoin d'un appartement sans problème et sans mauvaise surprise, juste pour profiter. Grâce à notre petits nid douillet en plein centre ville nous avons beaucoup profité de laisser la voiture pour visiter à pied et grâce aux installations de la cuisine j'ai pus faire découvrir la gastronomie locale à mon petit garçon. Une semaine très agréable en famille.

Very poor communication with the owner/manager. Very frustrating not getting replies about queries regarding the cleaning, towels, rubbish and having more than one key.

Der ganze Aufendhalt war sehr positiv. Absulut negativ ist allerdings die Tatsache, dass ich trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Aufforderung keine Rechnung vom Vermieter bekommen habe.
