The localisation is ok.

We completely changed our mind after trying to do a washing - the washing machine was terribly covered in mold, as the owner said later, probably nobody used it for several months, so I think he didn't even bother to keep this clean. We instantly checked the bed and surroundings. The outlets were covered in dust and everything looked very used. The owner is extremely arrogant and oppressive, knows the booking rules so completely doesn't care. He said we used that room (kettle for tea and bed check). Told us to find another room and leave this, then wanted us to delete our reservation right after leaving, so he can offer it instantly to other visitors. We left this all to a booking.com decision, but money we spent probably are lost. PS. The room is on the last floor on its site of the staircase, no lift in the building.

The location is superb - a healthy walk to the city center. It was clean and tidy.

The only downside is curtains. The rising sun wakes you up very early

Clean apartment, all amenities, perfect location, fair price, friendly host.
