オートロックの鍵が開かなかった。しかも、予備の電池も切れていた。入室出来ないのは最悪。

位置在舟入町站過馬路就到了，附近機能很方便，旁邊是7-11，對面是Lawson，斜對角路口有大型Wants超市，這間超市還可以買藥妝免稅品。有電梯，房間內機能完善，浴廁分離，有榻榻米和小桌很愜意。備品完善，也有一組折疊桌椅可以使用。可以提早於11:30後進入房間寄放行李。

入住時電子鎖有問題，很感謝客服很快回覆，因為時間差沒有收到的改鑰匙的開門方式和位置，順利寄放行李。但如果可以提早一天先讓我們知道，會比較有心理準備，除此之外都ok

Very comfortable and super clean apartment. The apartment is close to the city center and you can easily walk to the museum etc. Also the washing machine and dry function in the bathroom were really useful! Thank you

Comfortable room for long term staying in Hiroshima

お掃除が綺麗にされてました。 予備のゴミ袋やトイレットペーパーもあり、困らずに過ごせました。 スタッフの対応も早く、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

部屋の場所によると思いますが、窓を開けても壁と隣接するマンションのベランダがしか見えなかった。 炊飯器があると良かったです。

The location is a key for the apartments, the only benefit.

The noise isolation was poor; we could hear our neighbors very clearly. Although we booked a room for four people (two adults and two children), the beds were only made up for two guests. We had to prepare the additional beds ourselves, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially given the check-in and check-out times (almost 5 hours in between).
