City Top - Apartment

The building is brand new, public transport just across the street, amazing view, specious, everything one needs.

Great location near the city centre, good sized apartment with all you need and views. Good communication with owner with checking in/out. Parking (paid) right next door.

All was great

The Apartment is clean just as expected as it is shown on the picture. The Access to the Building is very easy and near a Hauptbahnhof. The Host is very responsive and respectful, he helped and gave us information about Innsbruck.

Everything was great. Special thanks to Emil for all the informations we needed.

This was a great flat, practical and with a good working kitchen, we were so happy to find that there was coffee and coffee filters left for us to use, the host was very friendly and helpful, the bed very comfortable, there was a hair dryer to use which saved me bringing my own, great location with fantastic views

The door was very difficult to open and my mother who is 77 really struggled and was just unable to open it by herself so became very nervous about returning back tot the flat by herself. The host did explain we needed to pull the door to us but it was still very tricky this should be improved. Just a few small things that would help to improve the experience, it would be great to add a dimmer switch to the lights in the communal area as the light was extremely bright which at night was not great. We only had one thin small towel each so would be nice to have another towel.

communication with a host was very effective and short, provinding all the details how to collect keys and other neccesary information. The location is ideal, conveniently situated next to a shopping mall, train station, and downtown.

Some guests mentioned that the pillows were too soft and not very comfortable for sleeping. Providing a variety of pillow options could be a great addition to ensure an even more comfortable stay.
