Vieta puiki - pačiame centre, viskas ranka pasiekiama - ir parduotuvė šalia, upė, Jono kalnelis, senamiestis, kavinės, restoranai. Butas erdvus ir šviesus, estetiškai įrengtas. Patarimas: Kadangi yra vandens šildytuvas, o jis nėra labai didelis, esant dviese (ar daugiau) reikia apgalvoti dušo trukmę, kad užtektų šilto vandens visiems.

Rankšluosčiai šiurkštoki (ta prasme jie švarūs ir viskas gerai, tiesiog jau matyt labai daug skalbti, tai tiesiog norėtųsi medvilnės minkštumo). Vonios plytelių siūlėse yra šiek tiek pelėsio. Iki pilnos laimės trūksta plaukų džiovintuvo. Ir siūlyčiau pagalvoti apie virtuvės mentelę, kad su metaliniais įrankiais nesibraižytų keptuvė.
