Top Center-Apartment - Wohnung im Stadtzentrum in perfekter Lage & Balkon

The property owner/manager provided and communicated very clearly all necessary information. Everything was exactly as described.

The property is super clean. Everything that is common is well equipped. Bed is super comfy. All kitchen equipments are well maintained and easy to use. Our family had a good time in this apartment. Good walking about 20 minutes to the train station

No lift. We have to drag our heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Quite a difficult hike up for older people. Walking is quite a distance to the old town especially for older people. Not enough toilet mat to wipe the toilet floor after a shower because the water is oozing out from the door gap. Difficult to contact the owner via WhatsApp text or even calls. We have to leave a message in booking.com for them to response on our questions n needs. Some questions were not responded. Check out too early at 10am even though we checked in late at 7 pm a few days before. Should have at least given us a check out time at 1130am and a place to store our luggage. There is nowhere to store our luggage’s in the facility as our train is in the afternoon.

Did not received code to access the keys for the condo by email on time even requested day earlier. Arrived at 9 pm, needed to activate roaming with North America to see phone number to call the property to get code to access the keys.

This property is a gem and we would highly recommend to anyone. it’s very pleasant, specious and well appointed. Starting from the basics - the beds are very comfortable with quality mattresses. Flat is very warm. Not sure how it’s possible but we hardly used any heaters except the towel rail in the bathroom for obvious reasons. Quality crockery and furnishings. Even the dining chairs are much more comfortable than your average ones at home. The flat is also very quiet. Benefit of being on the top floor. Yes, you need to take 65 steps to get there but the stairs are very kind to your joints and not too much of a challenge. You obviously do not want to carry your skiing equipment up and down every day but hiring a locker at the slopes might be a solution. Great location. Close to city attractions and main train station. And plenty of shops around with bakery opening at 6am. Balcony is a great addition and fridge extension keeping all drinks ice cold. Living in the flat made us feel like part of local community and we would love to be back on the next occasion.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. It has thoughtful touches throughout. It was spacious, beautiful and very clean.

The internet is quite poor and often cut out which made it difficult to do video calls when working remotely. It was also up 3-4 flights of stairs (difficult to navigate with skis) but that's not really their fault.
