The bathroom, the lighting and the location.

The room was smaller than the pictures, the bed sinks in the middle and therefore was super uncomfortable, there wasn’t a sitting space for both me and my partner, and there was a lot of noise from the street (no good glazing). Lastly, the owner hasn’t responded to a few messages regarding the property, so felt like we weren’t cared about.

The location is good, pretty quiet, safe and easy to accces. There are restaurants, supermarkets or other facilities in the area

The room we had is extremely small, we did't received soap and shampoo for 2 days, there was no balcony (it was transformed in a small kitchen, the yard was full of construction materials, not arranged, I had to ask 5 times for the invoice. I can understand it's a busy period, but the attitude needs big improuvement. It doesn't worth the money.

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood with lots of a nice cafes and restaurants in central Jerusalem. We loved the kitchen in the loggia with the view on the street. The apartment is in easy walking distance to most touristy places in Jerusalem. For those a bit more far away there are a lot of buses going close to the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some tipps for good restaurants etc. (It was pessach during our stay, so many shops and restaurants were closed.)

Since it's on a busy street, it's a bit noisy. But that was expectable and fine for us. There was just one coffee cup, so only one of us at a time was able to drink a large coffee, the other one got a smaller one in a drinking glass. But I guess it will be no problem fixing that.

Emanuel Boutique is not a B&B. The rooms are studio sized. Streaming TV service is included. No food is included, however, there is a kitchen, with small fridge, kitchenware and an electric kettle. If you wish to have a cup of tea, bring your own teabags. There is also a ground floor cafe to grab a breakfast with outdoor seating and electronics charging stations. There is free use of a washer/dryer on the property. The owner is kind, helpful and accessible.

Please be aware that there is no sign on the building to indicate that you have arrived at 'Emanuel Boutique'. There is a tiny, somewhat lit address of 20 Azza on the right front of the building which is nearly impossible to see if you arrive after dark. Entry to the rooms is down the right side walkway of the building and up the stairs.

Nice, cozy, with everything you need. The host is nice and attentive. Great location, walking distance from the centre and all the beautiful attractions of Jerusalem but in a nice and vibrant area with small restaurants, cafes and markets. Perfect!

Very food location in Rehavia, with lots of cafés and restaurants around and 20 minutes walk to both the old city and the new market. Small but well equipped room.

Communication with owner far from perfect. Various messages remain unanswered. Cleaning should be improved, as well as soundproofing, seeing as the location is very noisy. Bed was very hard.
