Quiet. In the mountains. Scenic.

Breakfast was supplied and there if we wanted something. Very pleased with that aspect. The people were fantastic. Friendly, kind and accommodating. This was our 1st b & b attempt.

Location was quiet until lawn mowing went on into dark. Separate bathroom was important but was situated into eaves of the home & had a slanted ceiling. We are tall - it was uncomfortable. Stairwells steep & difficult to climb. Sulfur Water odor

Breakfast looked like a good option, but I ate in town because of dietary restrictions and I was grateful that they had a lovely kitchen and living room, with beautiful views and a very peaceful location. I would love to stay here again. Ruth and her son Jonathan were friendly and welcoming and the room and bed were very comfortable. It was immaculately clean and charming. And it was such a great retreat to be in beautiful countryside of the Mohawk Valley. There's no place like it!

Lighting on the stairs in the evening would have been helpful and more instructions on where to park, as well as the shower not working (although that may have been me not being able to figure it out).

I was the only guest there so the place was all to myself. It had everything you would need and then some. It was quiet and comfortable with a cozy feel.

Very authentic place, with old decoration that seems like it has been stopped in time. really quaint and beautiful. The owners are the sweetest people, very accommodating and respectful. The mattress was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean.
