"Total unzumutbar für ältere Menschen"

Einzig der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir haben die Wohnung nicht genutzt.

Die Lage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 3.Stock zu erreichen über mehrere Treppen. Die große Hitze in der Wohnung mit über 30 Grad trotz laufender Kühlung, die zudem sehr laut war. Sämtliche Fensterrollos waren als Schutz vor der Sonne an den Dachfenstern heruntergezogen und es war entsprechend dunkel.Der Zugang zum Fahrradkeller war nur über eine steile Treppe ohne Rampe möglich. Für E-BIKEs unzumutbar.

Alles da was man braucht. Küche oder Bad,alles sehr sauber.

Da Dachgeschoss, wäre eine andere Klimaanlage besser.Einen Balkon wäre super.Aber das alles weiß man ja bevor man Bucht.Das ist aber schon (Beanstanden) Auf hohen Niveau.
