Spacious and had a well equiped kitchen

Bit dated

The apartment was very large and very awesome and the resort within itself had everything for family fun

It was a little far from activities, such as Disney and Kissimmee

Clean, beds were very comfortable. Really close to shops, restaurants and petrol stations. You will need a car as universal and Disney is about 30/40mins away. The property was spacious, my favourite thing was the wildlife animals we saw which was alligators, raccoons and rabbits!

Could be modernised a little bit more

The property was immaculately clean inside even under the beds (I was looking for something I dropped and thought it rolled under there.) and the outside of the property was cleaned and ground neatly manicured. It was also very quiet and check-in was very easy. This unit had everything that was needed for our stay, even some extra like an air fryer, and a Ninja blender. The bar seats were great quality compared to other units I’ve stayed in. The manager was very responsive. The property is very close to everything you may need. Restaurants, Pharmacies, and Stores. I’m sad that I didn’t take photos.

I wish I would’ve told emailed him but these are not things that would have caused me to give a bad review. The light in the unit foyer has motion detector and there is no way to turn it off, so every time you go past it, it comes on. Visually, the king size bed kind sagged in the middle, but that didn’t matter because I only slept on one side and it was very comfortable.

Bahama Bay is beautiful, Flora and Fauna are exceptional! Best in Orlando area. Walking trails tall palm trees you "feel" like you're in Florida. Even saw some baby alligators in the many ponds (cute). Pools were open late. . . Love that! Resident owners are fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. As a short term renter I was made to feel special (not resented). Love this! Nice little beach area near lake. The two bedroom condos on end units are a bit roomier. Third floor "end units" are much roomier, much larger lanai's but you do have lots of stairs to get there. Location was fine. Nice new grills. Live music some nights.

Our unit had a soaker tub 😁 but hot water heater tank wasn't large enough to actually fill it 🤨😔. It looked nice. 🥴 Our particular mattress was a bit saggy. But it was king size which was good. No elevators so 3rd floor means lots of steps. We were glad we chose 1st floor. Vacasa staff at the front desk can be a little petty at times not because they aren't nice people but rules they are required to enforce can be off putting. Staff were generally happy and helpful as management restrictions would allow them to be. Some units are on the smallish size a wee bit cramped. Not awful at all.

Everything was great! Clean and spacious house.
