Καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Από το διαμέρισμα δεν έλειπε τίποτα, ήταν ζεστό και άνετο - ευρύχωρο, αισθανθηκαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο. Όλα ήταν καινούργια. Ο χώρος του πάρκινγκ είναι μπροστά από το κτίριο.

"Labs dzīvoklis par labu cenu"

Laba atrašanās vieta, pastaigas attālumā kafejnīcas, kanāls. Klusa apkārtne. Pašapkalpošanās check in/out, bet dzīvoklis varēja būt tīrāks.

Īsti nebija saprotama norādītā bezmaksas autostāvvieta. Blakus ēkai bija slēgta autostāvvieta, bet tā nepienācās kopā ar šo mājokli. Vēl bija maksas autostāvvieta, kurā reti bija brīvas vietas. Taču, kā beigās izrādījās, tur varējām likt auto nemaksājot, jo mājokļa īpašnieks laikam pirms tam jau bija apmaksājis šo autostāvvietu. Bet par šo sadaļu noteikti ieteiktu saimniekam izstāstīt skaidrāk, ja jau tiek reklamēta šī "bezmaksas" maksas autostāvvieta.
