Labai gera lokacija, šalia prekybos centras Studlendas, vietos aukštelėje visad yra, susisiekimas tiek su centru/senamiesčiu, tiek paplūdimiu - labai geras. O ir bute yra viskas ko gali prireikti gyvenimui trumpą ar ilgesnį laiką.

Visgi reiktų labiau prižiūrėti švarą, ypač vonioje - dušo užuolaidą reiktų jau keisti (nusidėvėjusi, purvina), lentynėlę taip pat, arba bent reguliarai pravalyti, tas pats su indauja virtuvėje. Higiena turi būti pirmoje vietoje. Įrangą irgi reiktų reguliariai patikrinti, ar veikia, prieš atvykstant svečiams, nes mūsų atveju neišėjo įjungti kondicionieriaus, o bute tikrai labai šilta, net karšta, tad vasarą tai itin aktualu..
