Das auf Nachfragen sofort reagiert wurde und wir daraufhin noch einen Toaster für die Küche bekommen haben und einen neuen Föhn. War alles sehr unkompliziert und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Ubicación inmejorable, además equipado con todo lo necesario, nuevo y limpio. El sofá-cama es grande y cómodo, cosa poco habitual en este tipo de apartamentos y la cama principal enorme. Además, muy cómodo el check-in y la propietaria me hizo la factura de mi estancia al instante.

"really enjoyable"

Location is perfect right in the heart of old town with everything good in walking distance. The accommodation had a surprisingly large lift. (We are the right side of 70 and we where on the 2nd floor) The whole place looks new and was spotlessly clean. The host is easy to contact and eager to help if needed. Although in a busy area its soundproof so the only thing we heard was the church bells but that's unavoidable in innsbruck.. Nice little view as well.
