In the heart of Inverness

There were numerous issues with this property. The biggest issue,poor quality bed linen. The sheets were old, the cotton pilling into little balls and very itchy. Woke up during the night, with itching. Pillow case was torn, duvet covers old and frayed. Throw blanket old and shaggy. Stayed there two nights. Had to contact the owner to ask for bed linen to be changed after the first night. Even then, the changed linen was itchy for the second night. Other issues: It is one of 4 apartments in a complex, the communal entry and gardens is dirty and unkempt. •there is a stale smell in apartment, like an old cooking smell. •the apartment didn’t feel clean •there was ingrained mould in the washing machine’s soap dispenser and rubber seal of the machine. •there was mould in the shower recess grout. •there was failure to supply an indoor clothes drying rack despite the listing in supplied amenities. •unable to use the outdoor clothes line due a swarm of bees near the clothes line. • the garden area was unkempt, overgrown with weeds, outdoor furniture covered in dust and cobwebs and most importantly, there was a swarm of bees in the backyard. • one should also note that the neigbouring backyards are separated by a low picket fence so there is no privacy if you decide to sit outside. One of the attractions when we made the booking was the washing machine/clothes drying rack , as we needed to wash our clothes after 9 days of travel. We also liked the idea of having a garden setting to enjoy Unfortunately we weren’t able to do either for reasons mentioned above. A very disappointing stay. We complained to the owner and received numerous excuses and apologies. We were there for 2 nights. The offer to remedy the issues only came on our last night. It came too late for us as we shifted out early the next morning.

Very spacious, reserved parking on property

Needs thorough cleaning and replacement of old kitchen equipment like pots and pans.

Great place to stay in Inverness. 15 min walk into the core downtown area which was perfect. Would 100% stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and good location, just 15 minutes walk to the centre of Inverness. Also keysafe so easy to access the property independently

It was all good. On property details it says garden view. It would've been clearer for me had it said patio door with access to the garden as prior to arrival I wasn't sure that if we were allowed to use the garden.

Great comfortable property! Everything you could possibly need. Parking on site and walking distance to the centre of town.
