The house is subdivided into 3 units. The top unit can be noisy. Limited privacy.

The unit is well equipped and the little extras were really appreciated. They provided wood for the fire, complimentary milk, coffee, sugar , biscuits,salt & pepper. Awesome clean spot with a short walk to the beach.

Wir haben uns für Kleinmond entschieden weil es für uns das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Gegend hat und sehr schön liegt. Außerdem ist es dort sicher. Die Wohnung hat unseren Geschmack getroffen und war schön eingerichtet. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war die Wohnung für uns perfekt. Wir konnten abends zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu einem schönen Restaurant gehen.

"Haus near the beach"

Das Haus steht in ruhiger Gegend und in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Strand - circa 50 Meter entfernt. Das Auto kann man gleich beim Haus parken.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist zudem recht ringhörig. Die Küche ist gross, aber es fehlten uns doch einige wichtige Komponenten. So zum Beispiel ein Geschirrspüler, Herd oder ein Abfallkübel (da mussten wir eine kreative Lösung suchen). Die Sanitären Anlagen sind ok - aber nicht schlanke Menschen könnten in der Dusche Platzangst bekommen. Uns haben die rundum vergitterten Fenster, die Alarmanlagen sowie die stets patrouillierende Polizei ein unangenehmes Gefühl vermittelt. Minder Anspruchsvolle könnten im Haus jedoch durchaus zufrieden und happy sein.
