"Very good"

Beautiful place and well decorated and wonderfully clean. Exceptional little place and handy to find. The owner was helpful with whatever I needed.

The 5am wake ups from the dog outside the window barking and running on decking where not ordered unfortunately.

My daughter stayed in Cobwebs whilst on a temporary internship locally. Cobwebs was lovely, clean and modern. Sarah, the host was really great and couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This is a great wee hidden gem, set in a lovely village, highly recommend ❤️

"Exceptional"

standard of fixtures and layout, great location. Its actually a narrow converted outbuilding behind a row of houses. Dont let that put you off, its done to a very high standard and has all that you could need if you like privacy, you are totally self contained. It is not spacious like a conventional building but every spare inch has been cleverly used, I liken it to a cross between an aparment and a narrow boat (much bigger than a boat and doesnt rock !!) I will be back !
