Ubicación

La persona anfitriona nada servicial y falta de tacto, no te aporta información clara en cuanto a entrada y salida del piso. Falta de limpieza e higiene. En definitiva, lo único positivo es la ubicación.

Close to la Laguna centre

The treatment from the owners. The website said, 'We will send you a message on how to get into the apartment or send someone to meet you there ' I sent approx time of arrival at the apartment some days before travelling to the owners - no reply; l also sent a revised time by email the day of travel - no reply. Later an SMS - no reply. When l arrived at the apartment l phoned the number listed on the site and the woman on the other end sounded surprised l was at the apartment and gave me the code for the lockbox. 15 minutes after getting into the apartment she sent me an email on how to leave. 😡. It all left me rather frustrated and angry. Never again!!!
