Wir waren hier schon 5 mal. Vrionis ist ein guter Gastgeber und wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu ihm. Die Lage mit den tollen Sonnenuntergänge ist immer ein Erlebnis

O problema cu un rozator nepoftit

Struttura molto pulita è bellissimo lo spazio esterno comune con la piscina che si affaccia sul mare e si può ammirare un tramonto stupendo. Gentilissimo l’host che ha provveduto ad indicarci ottimi ristoranti locali. Molto disponibile.

Unica pecca la camera è davvero molto piccola

Frühstück mit Sicht aufs Meer war solide und gut bestückt, vor allem die selbst gezogenen Tomaten waren lecker. Empfang durch Besitzer war sehr freundlich, die Informationen zur Insel sehr ausführlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Parkplätze waren ausreichend verfügbar.

Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und gesprächig, Allerdings hat uns seine Omnipräsenz etwas irritiert. Ich als Frühausteher hole mir gerne vor dem Frühstück einen Kaffee und lese die Zeitung. Sofort gab mir der Besitzer zu verstehen, dass dies keine gute Idee sei, weil der Kaffeebezug nur im Frühstücksbereich zulässig sei. Schade. Ein doppelseitiges Regelblatt weist einen im Zimmer darauf hin, was denn so alles nicht erlaubt sei. Dazu kommen am Pool noch weitere 5 Regeln. Klare Hinweise finde ich wichtig, aber etwas dezenter und massvoller wäre ein Gewinn.

Le lit est hyper confortable ainsi que les oreillers, un vrai bonheur ! Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le lieu est reposant avec une belle vue. Maria est agréable et arrangeante.

Prix un peu trop élevé pour les prestations (chambre lit King-Size - Vue sur Jardin. 140€ avec petit dej) : chambre petite, pas de lit double mais 2 lits collés, pas d’équipement de cuisine, salle de bain petite dont la porte pouvait rester coincée et chasse d’eau qui fuyait.

The shower worked. Apart from that, nothing, we felt cheated and would like our money refunded.

The photos were skillfully created (edited?) to make us think that the property was better than it actually is. In fact it is old, badly kept and has minimal security. There was a water leak around the toilet bowl when we arrived. We alerted "reception" and the lady replied "Booking.com"!! We spoke to the property owner 10 minutes later and he replied "Booking.com" WTF??? There was no offer to mop it up. The property is on two blind corners and getting the car out is dangerous. It was so bad that we spent just one night there out of the three we paid for. These people should not be in the hospitality business.

Très bon accueil, sincèrement chaleureux.et sympathique. John, Maria et Dorothe ont été aux petits soins pour nous. John était toujours disponible pour nous conseiller des lieux a visiter et des restaurants. Vue magnifique sur la piscine et la mer depuis notre terrasse. Une très Bonne taverne a 800 m conseillée par John😀 Cet hébergement a sublimé nos vacances en Cephalonie a proximité du village d Assos et de la magnifique plage de Myrtos. Nous reviendrons.😀

Der Pool. Man konnte draussen abends gut sitzen

Der Kühlschrank war sehr alt und damit laut. Die Küche war alt. Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Lage viel zu weit abseits. Beistellbett unbequem

10/10 stay at the beautiful Panoramic Sunset. The owner John gave us a lovely warm welcome and was on hand for anything we needed and was so friendly. The views are amazing and the sunset from the pool view was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! We did not want to leave!! We will most definitely be back at some stage in the future!! Highly recommend and only a short drive from Assos village so great location!!

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect!
