Please note that a baby cot or extra bed is available upon request. Kindly note that: -The cleaning of the kitchen, as well as kitchen cleaning products, are guests' responsibility -Daily cleaning service is available daily until 14:00. -Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days Please note that no foreign channels are available. The swimming pool with 4 hot tubs and the surrounding area with sun loungers are operating from the 1st of May until the 20th of October. Please note that diving at the pool is prohibited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Unsere Gastgeber Maria und Ionis sind ganz herzliche, liebe Menschen. Wir haben jeden Morgen nur für uns ein kleines Frühstückstbuffet aufgebaut. Das Bett war mega toll. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Alles sehr sauber!

The views were incredible. The roon was nice, we slept very well. No noise. The staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (cakes, bacon, eggs, frit, yogurt)

"Lovely people and a lovely place to stay"

We stayed for 1 night when we travelled up to the north of Kefalonia. The property is in a beautiful location with stunning sunset views over the water. The owners (an older couple) were absolutely LOVELY, couldn’t do enough for you and provided us with a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning which was included in the room price.

We chose the cheapest room which was very basic but nothing wrong with it.

I can not rate Panoramic Sunset highly enough!! John and Maria treated us like family and attended to our every need. We went at the end of the season and so public transport was not available. John helped by driving us places in his own car. Stunning sunset views and fabulous pool. Our balcony view looked down on the charming port of Assos and whilst there we hiked up to explore the Vanetian castle. We had excellent WiFi and we were even gifted fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast. There was a great cafe less than a mile away called Cafe Ektos and a restaurant called Makies and close proximity to a supermarket. We explored Myrtos beach and also Fiscardo. A truly special time. We will most certainly be back and bring our friends!!!

Due to going at the end of season a lot of things were closed down.

Z pokoju i łóżka mieliśmy przepiękny widok na morze i zachód słońca,bardzo wygodne łóżko,oraz nienaganną czystość.Super basen i fantastyczny widok. Napewno w następnym sezonie zawitamy . Dziękujemy panu Jsnisowi
