Stayed in 2bedroom apt. On the top floor under the roof. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment in the centre od Keszthely. Fits comfortably a family up to 5 adult people. Airconditioned and all windows are fitted with anti insect screens, which is very useful in the area. Owners are friendly and helpfull. Free shaded parking in the yard.

Just a small things, which are not an issue. Description says that apt has a balcony , in reality it has none. But there is a seating in the yard available. Street and parking in the yard is a bit narrow which might be difficult for unexperienced drivers..

Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn't have wished for a nicer one. She helped us with transport to Keszthely and was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment has access to a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed sitting out in the morning and the evening. The coffee machine complete with coffee beans was very welcome. It's very easy to walk to walking street and the Palace.

Everything about the accommodation was good. I would recommend getting transport to get to reasonable supermarkets as they are a fair walk away and there are no supplies other than coffee in the apartment.

A superb accommodation place. Everything is absolutely perfect here, the apartment, the owner and the location. The apartment is much more beautiful than its pictures. We, a family of two adults and four children stayed there for 11 days during August 2023. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. The 2 shower rooms are a huge advantage for a small and large family. The kitchen is equipped with new and modern electrical equipment, including a refrigerator, microwave, hand mixer, dishwasher, built-in induction stove. The washing machine works well, and makes it possible to keep the clothes clean throughout the time spent in the place. The owner of the apartment is nice and kind. She was always very available and ready to help with any issue we approached her about. After the check in she gave us a bottle of quality red wine. She gave us good tips regarding restaurants and attractions in the area. She helped us to purchase online tickets to the train back to Budapest. She suggested to take us to the railway station after we left her apartment. It was very helpful because our luggage was heavy. The apartment is in an excellent location in the city of Keszthely. It is located in the city center, but in a quiet street. A 7-minute walk from a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream stands, souvenir shops and more. In addition, within a 10-minute walk there are many museums and the Festetics Palace which is a beautiful palace. A 17-minute walk away is a nice promenade along the shore of Lake Balaton and also an organized bathing beach with lifeguard sheds and toilets.

We liked everything, the apartment, the owner and the location.

If you have an allergy on cats,there are 2 living there so just be aware

very nicely situated, close by to the walking street and to Festetics palace.

Everything was perfect! The check-in was easy and the host was lovely. The flat we had (3 bedrooms on the top floor) was modern, spacious comfortable and perfectly clean. The apartment was very well equipped, the kitchen had everything needed (and more!) including an excellent grain to cup coffee maker which was graciously filled to the brim with grains for our use (very much appreciated!) The dishwasher + tablets and washing machine with washing powder provided made our stay easy and carefree. The location in a quiet street just off the main pedestrian road and around the corner from the castle was brilliant. We arrived by train and walked effortlessly to the place, we walked down to the lake and back every day with our children and the distance wasn’t too far. When leaving, the adorable staff heard me on the phone struggling to find a place to keep our luggage for the day and kindly offered us to leave our bags in the building.
