It was great to have the entire middle floor of the guest house with a wonderful layout for a family of four with 2 younger kids. The provided amenities ensured a very comfortable stay, and the place was recently renovated. The A/C was a blessing during the hottest week of the year so far, and the house was well insulated from noise. The giant beds and pull out couches were exceptionally comfy. The location was great for us but a car is definitely needed, although free parking in front of the house was convenient. Nice cozy backyard with shade trees sitting areas and the little splash pool and inflatable hot tub was a blast for the kids. The owners were very accommodating and receptive of our needs, including securing a sun room door and putting up missing slats on the balcony so our toddler would not be able to fall out.

The overall cleanliness was good where it mattered such as the bathroom and kitchen but the floor was pretty dusty/unswept with especially under beds and couches with debries and even thrash from previous guests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes however we had to handwash even the coffee mug and forks etc and pretty much anything we used because whoever was before us obviously didn't. The provided sheets and towels were brand new however it felt harsh like they were not pre washed because they even had the new textile stickers still attached... I wasn't aware when booking the "entire apartment" that the listing is only for one of three floors. While we had the house to ourselves for most of the week and there was plenty of room for everyone, if there's a full house then the whole apartment's privacy would be questionable especially if multiple guests would like to use the pool/ backyard.

we are a family with 3 kids and we very enjoyed our stay. the pool, the hot tub, and the garden were perfect, everything was very clean and the breakfast was perfect!! the hosts were very lovely and helped us with any questions\ requests they helped. we had a great time at the villa :)

Love the house, the garden, the hot tub, the pool, beds comfortable. Zoltan is a really lovely host, warm welcoming (cold beer and palinka!:-) ), really helpful, lovely to chatting with him. Perfect place to stay with family! 🥰🫶
