"Fabulous apartment"

It is a bright modern clean large apartment in a fabulous location. James is very attentive with little touches like bathroom toiletries, chocolates in the lounge and tea coffee milk and cookies in the kitchen. Quick and easy to walk into Killarney town, with a very cheap car park close by. I would definitely stay here again.

"Raising the bar..."

Well - in short it was the best place we stayed in Ireland. You can feel that the host is continually thinking on how to improve the experience for his guests. I could say that I missed a balcony, but I am afraid James would build one before the next guests arrive, so i won't mention it. Spacious, luxurious feeling (Rolf Benz furniture), clean. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely book again when i would return to Killarney.

There was a bit confusion on my side at first on where we would meet our host. Probably because of my personal lack of preparation that i missed the aircode that was sent by the host (the front door of the appartment building is a bit hidden ; but if you navigate to Domino's pizza (Killarney, Aug 2023) it is a 50m walk.
