Front door was hard to lock as requested. Small bar of soap or body wash would have been appreciated.

When we arrived they had forgot to clean the appartment from previous people who stayed which was kind of frustrating because we were in a rush but it was a genuine mistake and we got it sorted.

Location was excellent , could walk into town without having to get taxi , the apartment was spotless and very spacious. Teabags and milk were there when we arrived which was much appreciated.

Family of 5. Very clean, good facilities, provided washing items for pots pans etc, plenty toilet paper, fresh white towels,

I didn't meet anyone so can't comment re staff, I missed the personal touch, but that's the only negative

Great place for group of friends. Double beds in 2 rooms a bit small for couples and duvets a bit hot but otherwise well equipped with on site parking so very easy.

Late night noise from other apartment in the house. Appreciated the extra instructions to find the property and lock the front door.

Location to amenities, not just town. Cleanliness. Plenty of crockery etc
