Investigator Beach Breeze Apartments U2

It is a home away from home. The whole place is very tastefully made and they have taken care of each and everything. Loved the place.

The towels need to be changed and the cups and mugs need to be either changed or destined. Even the shower curtain needs to be changed.

The apartment was a good size with easy access. It was situated close to the centre of town. Water was very hot when required.

It was not very clean and was a bit cluttered with too much furniture. We thought that 3 tv's was way too many. Some appliances had no instructions e.g. the airfryer.

Really comfy place, felt just like staying at a friends holiday house. Was super easy to walk to the shops and the beach would 100% recommend for families or a friends group

Nice and compact and good value for money . Clean & tidy .

It could have been but more central but still only a 15 walk into Kingscote.

Location was ok, and sad to say this as owners were really friendly and the emails prior to arrival were very thorough and professional. Hot tub looked fine and bbq was good. Some left over bits in the food cupboard were useful.

It was really dirty, the beds were good but the bedding just didnt smell fresh, said there was provisions on arrival tea coffee etc so to get there and theres a tiny bit of coffee and no tea bags was a shame. It felt like somewhere you would stay if you were working in the area as oppose to a holiday apartment, the wifi instructions were wrong. It just felt tired.

Key collection was super convenient. It meant we were free to explore the island all day and check in at a time that suited us. Messages from the owners were informative, helpful and friendly. We were only in the house to sleep so we didn’t get to use kitchen and laundry but it was great to have the option. The people in the place next door were really friendly too.

The coffee table and chairs at the dining table hadn’t been cleaned but this wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was fantastic.
