Good location in Town centre.

Overpriced for what it is (yes winter in Jindabyne is expensive but this comes in a lot higher than some better properties nearby). Inclusions are derisory considering the absurd nightly rate - bad instant coffee, not enough dishwasher tablets or toiletries, el cheapo towels and kitchen ware. Lack of storage space for clothes. Real budget vibe at five star pricing. Only one key available which is extremely annoying for 4 adults. No parking on site. Many stairs to the room. Check in was delayed until 5pm - extremely annoying after a long trip - yet 10am check out is strictly.

no allocated parking no power points in bathroom needs more storage in bedrooms, a chest of drawers in both bedrooms & another bedside table in main bedroom needs hooks and shelves in bathroom needs a plug for the bath

The hosts were great. Check in was easy and when we locked our key inside our room they had the spare key ready within minutes. The location was optimal - right underneath us was restaurants, cafes, ski hire shops. It was only a couple minutes away from Woolies and the pharmacy. We had a lake view and just had to cross the road to walk along the lake. There were sufficient facilities (hair dryer, microwave, oven). The bathroom was very clean. The living area was quite big so it was good to chill in.

----------Cleanliness---------- Towels and pillow cases were stained. Under the furniture and between the couch cushions was filthy. Guests expected to wash dishes - we didn't use anything in the kitchen as there is no way guests on holiday would be cleaning properly. Cleaners should be doing this to ensure proper hygiene is maintained and there is no cross contamination. Guests have to clear out the rubbish and the bin downstairs is not regularly emptied so we took all our rubbish down only to find there was no room for it. Cleaners should be doing this at the end of the stay. ----------Amenities---------- We had 3 people staying for 4 days. We were given enough shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for 1 person for 1 day. We were only given 4 towels in total. We should have been given enough in proportion to our stay. There was a bath with no plug and there didnt seem to be a powerpoint in the bathroom (for hairdryer or shaver). ----------Comfort---------- Beds and blankets were not the worst but not very comfortable or warm. No mattress protector. The heater was very close to the bed so we weren't sure if this could be safely kept on at night. The room is not soundproof as advertised. The area is relatively quiet but you can hear people at the surrounding bars and restaurants. ----------Payment---------- After the deposit is paid via booking.com, you need to pay the rest of the stay plus the security deposit by giving credit card details via phone or email (security deposit cannot be paid at check in as stated on booking.com).

Great location in the middle of town. Clean and well appointed. Great views of the lake.

Car parking near the entrance was extremely hard to secure, and so many stairs were a challenge.
