Great location and very comfortable stay. Great value with wonderful amenities.

I didn't realise there were two locations and went to wrong one at first.

Smell in the floors

Location. Receptionist and the cook lady is friendly and helpful.

I stayed in room 407, there is a bad sour smell.

Perfect Location, everything near by on mass. Exceptional staff who supported in every belonging at any time. Finding a restaurant, arranging transportation, receiving my delivery and even paid in advance.

Nothing to complain about

The pool. Great to have a roof top pool and swim

Room was spacious and location was good for shopping and food

Super loud. Traffic nonstop and music/schools right near the hotel as well as the housekeeping staff being very loud in the hallways early in the morning. Air conditioning and fridge barely worked in our room so was always very stuffy and couldn't keep cold drinks. Got charged 50,000 VND for laundry that we didn't request, it was nice having the laundry done but would have been better if we had actually wanted it. All in all I think you are more paying extra for the location as I would say this is more of a 20USD per night hotel that is set at a more premium price without the extra stuff you would normally get in a premium hotel.
